The Outbreak was confirmed to have reached Mexico in the mid of January 2020. Two cases were reported in the states of Nayarit and Tabasco by the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT). However, Mexico reported eighth-highest Coronavirus cases in the world. Since its outbreak in the country 579,914 peoples were declared positive and 62,594 nationals lost their lives. Due to a healthy immune system, 404,667 peoples were survived and 1.3 million tests have occurred. As per the World Economic Outlook of June 2020, the country will face -10.5% in GDP till 2021.
