Peru has the fifth largest number of cases in the world with the 621,997 cases were reported. The first case was reported on the 6th of March, 2020, when a 25-year-old man tested positive who had traveled to France, the Czech Republic and France. Since the first case was registered 28,277 peoples have died in the country which is the sixth-highest in the world. About 3.1 million Tests have occurred and 438,017 peoples recovered themselves from this pandemic and get back into routine life. During the current financial year, the economy of Peru will face -4.5% shortfalls in GDP.
